Shipping Costs – New rate structure as of 12 October 2026

Would you like to ship a parcel via Petdiscount? That is possible. Shipping costs are based on the number of parcels required to send your order. For every order, we calculate how many parcels are needed and apply the corresponding shipping costs.

Maximum parcel dimensions

• Length: 175 cm
• Girth: 300 cm (1× length + 2× width + 2× height)
• Weight: 30 kg

Important

Previously, customers always paid for only one parcel, regardless of how many parcels were actually required. This led to misuse. Therefore, we now use a clear tiered structure:

New parcel tier

For 7–8 parcels, we assess whether a pallet shipment is more cost‑effective. If so, we will refer you to our pallet cost page for the exact rate.

This tier applies to all countries.

Parcel rates per country (excl. VAT) – valid from 12 October 2026

Additional information

• All countries: you pay according to the tier above.
• Island surcharges: calculated separately.
• Pallet shipments and large freight shipments: can be arranged on request; see our pallet cost page.
• You may also use your own transport.
